Premier Rockledge Concrete is a concrete contractor based in Rockledge, FL. We provide concrete installation, construction, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Rockledge and the surrounding Brevard County area. The scope of any specific project is defined in the written estimate provided to the customer before work begins.
Our website is informational in nature. Submitting a contact form or requesting an estimate does not create a service contract. A contract is only formed when both parties have signed or otherwise agreed to a written estimate or service agreement.
All estimates are provided in writing and are based on a site visit and the information available at the time of the estimate. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the written estimate unless otherwise noted.
Estimates may be revised if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the initial visit, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project (for example, underground obstructions or soil conditions requiring additional preparation). Any such changes will be communicated to the customer before additional work is performed.
We do not guarantee pricing from verbal conversations. Only written estimates are binding.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit processing times, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate scheduling changes as early as possible.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in a fee to cover materials ordered and preparation costs incurred. The specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your written estimate or service agreement.
Payment terms are specified in each written estimate or service agreement. In general, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling or ordering materials, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be indicated in your estimate.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee as specified in your service agreement. Premier Rockledge Concrete reserves the right to suspend or withhold services on any project where payment is overdue.
Where required by local ordinance or regulation, Premier Rockledge Concrete will obtain necessary permits on behalf of the customer. Permit fees, when not included in the estimate, will be itemized separately. The customer is responsible for ensuring that property access and any HOA or association approvals required for the project are secured before work begins.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible on the scheduled project date, including removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, or other obstacles as needed. Failure to provide access may result in a rescheduling fee.
The customer is also responsible for disclosing any known underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other subsurface conditions that could affect the work area. Premier Rockledge Concrete will contact the appropriate utility locate services as required by law, but customer disclosure of known private lines is expected.
Premier Rockledge Concrete stands behind its workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be stated in your written estimate or service agreement.
Concrete is a natural material that may develop hairline cracks over time due to normal curing, temperature changes, and settling. This is an inherent characteristic of concrete and does not constitute a defect in workmanship unless the cracking is structural in nature or caused by improper installation. Warranty claims related to site conditions outside our control (for example, tree root intrusion, soil movement not disclosed at the time of estimate, or third-party damage) are not covered.
Except as expressly stated in your service agreement, our services are provided "as is" and we make no additional warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premier Rockledge Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a specific project will not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project.
If a dispute arises between you and Premier Rockledge Concrete, we encourage you to contact us directly first at hi@concreterockledge.com so we can work toward a resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
